The Secret Garden is the perfect place for your carp fishing holiday in France. Quality accommodation combined with fantastic fishing makes it ideal for any group. It is suitable for small groups of serious carp anglers or larger groups and families of up to 9 people (limited to a maximum of 3 anglers with up to 6 non-angling guests permitted).

• The price is £2350.00 per week on a lake-exclusive basis. A £1175.00 deposit secures your booking by bank transfer and the balance of £1175.00 is due ten weeks before arrival. Please note we do not accept card payments.
• This is inclusive of up to 9 persons but is limited to a maximum of 3 anglers with up to 6 non-angling guests permitted
• All bookings are on an exclusive basis providing total peace and privacy for you and your family.
• All bookings are from 2 pm on a Saturday through to 10 am the following Saturday.
• No licenses are required and you can fish 24 hours per day.
• Bait is available on-site subject to being ordered in advance.
• A range of red angel and secret key boilies is available at the venue from Eddie Sterckx. VIEW BAIT RANGE
• High-grade pellet made by Coppens is available on demand and is 2 euros per kilo.

The accommodation at The Secret Garden is truly impressive. It is large and spacious with all the comforts of home and is fully equipped and you will want for nothing. Having 3 double bedrooms it is perfect for families of up to 6 persons. There are also 2 convertible sofa beds, one in the master bedroom and one on the upstairs landing which provide the capacity for larger families or groups of up to 10 persons. There's even a dishwasher to save on the washing up.

Inside there is English television and fibre optic high speed broadband so you can relax in front of the open wood fire if the weather turns chilly, or equally, relax in the air-conditioned conservatory when it gets too hot.

The outdoor swimming pool has a luxurious sun deck with sun loungers available, all viewable from the air conditioned conservatory! There are also electrical supplies and charging points available around the lake.

The Lounge

A large spacious lounge area perfect for those occasions when you want a break from the fishing and you just want to relax. Cool in the summer so that you can escape the heat and a large wood burning fire to keep you warm on those chillier spring and autumn evenings. The 50 inch plasma television complete with sky box with freeview and a DVD player will help to keep you and the kids entertained. The plasma TV is also loaded with UK films for all the family. Wi-Fi is also available ensuring that you can keep in touch with friends and family or even the office if you have the need.

Bedrooms

Having 3 good sized double bedrooms the house accommodates 6 people in luxurious comfort. The master bedroom which is particularly spacious is also equipped with a convertible bed/settee making it suitable for a family of four in it's own right. The upstairs landing is a space as large as the master bedroom and it has also been equipped with a convertible bed/settee thereby providing maximum flexibility for larger families.

The remainder of the house is equally spacious thereby providing superb accommodation for groups of 1 through to 6 persons. The addition of the 2 bed settees provide the additional capacity for the larger family or multiple family group of up to a maximum of 10 persons.

There is a large flatscreen TV in the master bedroom.

Bathrooms

Having 2 double bathrooms and 2 separate toilets there is little need to form a queue at The Secret Garden. Smaller groups can effectively divide the facilities into 2 separate apartments which would include their own private bathroom and loo. Larger groups who require larger facilities will certainly find them more than adequate. One bathroom has double sinks with a large shower cubicle, the second has double sinks with a full sized bath and a shower over.

All of the facilities are fitted to a high standard.

The Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for any group, large or small. The double oven with a four ring gas hob and hot plate is large enough to prepare a banquet. The fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, etc, etc, ensure that all of your kitchen requirements are provided for.

The addition of a table and chairs makes it ideal for breakfast or those occasions when you do not wish to use the dining room.

Conservatory/Dining Room

The perfect place to take your meals, the conservatory overlooks the lake which is only 20 meters away should you decide to leave your rods in. The doors can be slid open to give you that alfresco feel or closed again should the weather turn chilly. It is also air-conditioned for those occasions when the heat of the day gets to be too much.

The dining tables can be set for many combinations. There is a formal dining table for 6 or a more relaxing less formal table for 4. Pull them together and groups of up to 10 can eat together for those larger family occasions.

The Utility Room

The rear door to the property provides access to this very spacious utility room which is equipped with a washing machine and extra freezer and fridge capacity. It also houses the boiler for the central heating and hot water systems, meaning it is always warm and provides the perfect place for drying your damp fishing clothes, shoes, boots, etc.
