La Maniere Carp Fishery

La Maniere is a five acre spring fed lake with a clay bed gravel and sandy areas located close to the town of Confolens.

This beautiful venue was created in 2010 with two islands small beds of Lilly's and stocked with 95 of the best strain mirror and common carp that were allowed to mature. The venue has never been commercially fished and will open its gates for the first time in May 2018 for a 14 week period only on an alternate week basis.

The lake caters for a maximum of 3 anglers and is available on a lake exclusive basis only. This includes the use of the newly appointed lakeside chalet that sleeps four persons. The three main swims are all equipped with carp cabins all large enough for a bedchair and your gear - no need for bivvies!

Party limit is 4 persons (max 3 anglers 1 non angler.)

The La Maniere grounds span over ten acres of perfectly maintained private lawn and garden land and is ideally suited to the family angler looking for an idyllic peaceful retreat with fish in excess of 50 pounds.

The venue has a swim equipped for the less able close to the house.
